Archive, delete, remove, and bulk operations require manual approval. AI proposes actions; it does not execute Trello changes directly.
The standard workflow applies nothing until approval. Users may deliberately enable automatic approval for simple, low-risk changes; medium-risk, destructive, and bulk operations still require manual approval. Ambiguous requests can produce clarification questions, and any proposed plan can be rejected or edited before execution.
